Because I am a licensed doctor, things revealed to me during your treatment are confidential except in three areas where the state law compels me:

  1. Causing harm to children and vulnerable adults;
  2. Harm to yourself that would jeopardize your life or
  3. Making a credible threat to harm to another.

Because your information is confidential, I do not use email other than to arrange appointments with clients.

Individual therapy:

The tradition of listen, understanding and empathy form the basis for positive life changes.

There are few places that people can go, where they can be listened to, where the listener suspends judgments in the service of understanding. This is the basis, the recipe, for mutuality where understanding paves the path for the healing of empathy. If this interests you, I recommend an in person consultation to explore how this approach might fit with your goals.

I also utilize Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

EEG Biofeedback and related modalities that I use:

  • EEG Biofeedback
  • Low Energy Neurofeedback Systems (LENS)
  • Hemoencephalography (HEG)
  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
  • Photonic Stimulation
