What is EEG biofeedback?
Brain training begins with a discussion with you about how you want your brain to perform better. Together, we choose the best method for training your brain. Your brain is monitored, listened to if you will, by an EEG Biofeedback amplifier connected to a computer which in turn gives you feedback for training your brain.
How it works
The feedback works via Operant Conditioning. This is the method through which you have learned most things in your life. You do something, anything, then you receive feedback. If the feedback is desirable, you will most likely repeat what you did. If the feedback is undesirable then you most likely not repeat it. Your brain works the very same way –when it gets desirable feedback it will repeat what it just did. This feedback builds momentum that results in permanent learning that helps you achieve your goal.

You can also check at the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research (isnr.org) the organization that many of us are members. There is a bibliography section, in the website, that lists papers and studies that detail effectiveness of our methods. What you will find is that there is a high success rate.
